The applicant concedes that all documents, images, and related materials submitted to YODA MOTORS INTERNATIONAL PRIVATE LIMITED (hereafter referred to as YMIPL) throughout the dealership application process will henceforth be the property of YMIPL and will be held for their records. 

The applicant has provided complete disclosure of all required information in this application, and all information submitted is accurate in every aspect. 

The applicant acknowledges that any misrepresentation, whether deliberate or inadvertent, in the information provided in connection with the application may result in YMIPL either a) ceasing to consider his application, or b) immediately terminating any dealership agreement executed by YMIPL with him or the dealer company he designates.

YMIPL retains the authority to refuse any application without providing justification, and its decision shall be conclusive and obligatory for the party involved.
